Good for the price
These are quite average apartments, but for a good price. Some of the units have their own door, and others have a small balcony. The rooms themselves are good size and everything flows pretty well. The windows are all the old "crank" style, but they are insulated quite well. All appliances are electric, and leave a bit to be desired. There is an air conditioner, but it is not very efficient. The unit has 1 washer and 1 dryer for all 10 apartments, so if you want to use them, you best do... so early. There are at least 3 laundromats within a close proximity though.
The location is close to a few nice parks, and within walking distance to the downtown area. The location is nice, the road is not too busy nearby.
Overall it's not a bad place to live, could be nicer, but for the price very manageable.
