Great little apartment community

Great little apartment community tucked on the quiet side of Neenah/Fox Crossing located between two main walking trails (Jacobson and Coldspring Trails) . Tara the property manager has really turned the place around and is super responsive to everyone. The previous reviews from years ago are no longer true... its clean, maintained, and a nice place to live. The attached garages and heat included is nice for the price point!

Good Place to Live

My experience here has been pretty good. The property manager and maintenance team is really good about keep the property clean and well managed. The property manager is really communicative when you need it. The property itself is a bit dated but still maintained really well. The apartments are spacious and there is a good amount of parking. I highly recommend renting here. The price is kinda of high, but for what you're getting, it can be worth it.

Poorly Maintained Property

Dog Poop all over. Less than safe for kids due to speed. Less than accommodating property management. Be aware.

Just signed for a second year.

Thank you Tonya for helping me transition from a 30 year home owner to an apartment owner. I so value the time I used to spend maintaining a home! I have enjoyed the trail we are attached to and the apartment is most excellent. I have no regrets and look forward to another year here.
