Rude and unprofessional

Staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and have no regard for the tenants when asking for assistance. Staff should quit if they don’t care. Rent was raised and nothing has been done on the property to be worth it. When you see the outside of the property there’s dead plants/bushes everywhere with no curb appeal. On top of it, lower units are now required to shovel even AFTER rent has been raised.

Rude

I called just to see if they had availability and the lady on the phone sounded pissed. I didn’t even get to finish my sentence or say a move in date before she interrupted me to tell me “we don’t have anything.” I couldn’t believe how rude this person was to me I was shocked. Cant even let me finish my sentence or say any details before she chimed in with an attitude. VERY disappointed. This lady sounded like she hated her job and like she was upset I called their office. The audacity.

Not worth the price

Managers Jami and Matt very helpful at first then later on almost impossible to get a hold of for maintenance issues ,Matt is drunk walking around all the time yelling at neighbors , takes security deposit for cleaning even though place was very clean when moving out they find any reasOn

Great Place to Live

Newly remodeled townhouse unit which is beautiful. Can't say enough about the on site manager couple. Very accommodating and great to work with. Beautifully kept yard areas. Great neighbors ~ very friendly atmosphere. Fast turn around on maintenance requests. Love living here!
