FUNDS DUE PRIOR TO MOVE-IN

Prior to occupancy, Tenant must pay the first full month’s rent, defined as the first upcoming calendar month that includes all days at the standard monthly rental rate.

If the lease start date begins mid-month, the upcoming full month will have already been paid prior to move-in. In this case, only the prorated rent for the initial partial month shall be due on the first day of the following month.

Any rent credits, concessions, or free rent periods (including free month promotions) shall be applied in the same manner as a prorated amount—credited toward rent due after move-in and not applied to funds required prior to occupancy.

All funds must be paid using the same accepted methods as the security deposit: cash, certified funds, or money order payable to Renoshy by Renters Warehouse. Personal or business checks are not accepted.

After move-in, Tenant may utilize the online resident portal for electronic rent payments, subject to any applicable processing terms or fees.

Keys and possession will not be granted until all required funds have been received and cleared.
