    Loud apartments

    When we moved in my concern was having children, how well the floors were insulated. I asked multiple times about this to make sure it was a good fit for our family. We had issues with our downstairs neighbors constantly pounding during the middle of the day 11-4 pm because our five year old son might forget to walk in the house. And during convos did not have the option of going to school in person. They decided to offer the open apartment above us to the down stairs neighbors and now for the… past 3 weeks we have felt with “retaliation “ for a five year old running in our apartment. If you have kids, ever want guests over during the day on weekends, or just want to feel comfortable in your own place with out feeling you are walking on egg shells I would suggest looking some where different.
