Living here is like staying at a luxury hotel. The amenities are outstanding. The building is brand new with higher end finishes that look great, are practical and easy to keep clean. You can’t hear what’s going on in any of your neighbors’ apartment homes. Residents keep to themselves and don’t get in your business while remaining friendly! All of these things are wonderful, but the best part about living here is the staff. They are AMAZING!! From maintenance to management, all are incredibly... friendly, kind, extremely helpful and always available!

Building is usually pretty quiet, and the common areas are always clean. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. Renewing my lease was a no brainer

Nice welcome gifts. The dishwasher smelled really bad and dirty water came up when trying to use it for the first time. Also the fridge had a bad fish smell but that was easier to fix. Overall the apt was in good condition but it would’ve been nice to have the appliances cleaned in advance to us moving in.
