Nice welcome gifts. The dishwasher smelled really bad and dirty water came up when trying to use it for the first time. Also the fridge had a bad fish smell but that was easier to fix. Overall the apt was in good condition but it would’ve been nice to have the appliances cleaned in advance to us moving in.

The office staff is awesome.. Including Maintenance. Their very helpful. Love living at Prado very clean and quite area to live. A swimming pool would be great to have.. ??

Love the location. Very cozy atmosphere. Really like that the management puts together fun events for the community. Friendly staff. Maintenance guys are great and very professional.

I like how we have monthly community events, the area feels safe (key access card needed to enter), and I love the amenities here - the gym is accessible 24/7! And it has a sauna.
