A safe and fun complex that feels more like a neighborhood than apartments. The staff are incredibly helpful and the amenities are top notch. We love living here!

Maintenance and management are great. Really went out of their way for problem which helped significantly though it'll need a tweak when weather is warm consistently as I still have to use duct tape.

Overall, the Preserve is a great place to live with friendly neighbors and nice amenities. HOWEVER, the communication from management/staff is poor- where phone calls and emails often go unanswered. On the flip side, the maintenance team is AMAZING!
