Would Come Back

This one is a gem in Osceola. We appreciated how quiet and clean it is. It's out of the way and the buildings are spread out from each other. It's quite and laidback. Everyone minds their business. The staff was attentive even helping me set up my internet when I first moved in. I'd come back if we go back to Wisconsin.

Very nice property for those who enjoy peace and quiet

I have been a resident for 1.5 years now and absolutely love my 2 bedroom unit at Cascade Falls. The neighbors are friendly, the maintenance crew is always kind and active keeping the property up, and the manager Renae is very responsive and incredibly easy to talk to. I have been incredibly happy with my experience here so far, thank you Team Cascade!

Property Management and Maintenance

I absolutely loved living at this property. They keep things maintained and clean. Renee (property manager) is a wonderful person and I enjoyed getting to know her while I lived here. I think our communication will remain as we developed such a good relationship while I resided there! Joey is the maintenance guy, and he is awesome. He will help you with whatever you need and is always fun to chat with when I run into him in town. These two make living here a great experience alone. I will always… look forward to running into them and getting to catch up. The apartments themselves are the best bang for your buck around when looking where to rent. The layout of the apartment was great, the area is great, and the people are great! Highly recommend renting here!

Clean, safe, and quiet

Renee made the process of applying for and renting our apartment pretty smooth. The apartment grounds and public areas are kept up very nice, and management is pretty good about communication. Lots to see and do in the area!
