Not worth the money

Built cheaply, they cut corners while putting them up. Apartments are more expensive than what you get

Bait and switch

I was ready to relocate from Chicago area to Kenosha because of family and found this apartment complex in my research. It’s gorgeous and seemed reasonably priced. When I was making an appointment after weeks of communication with the property managers, they informed me the price of this apartment has increased 10%. This price increase was never mentioned once until I was making the appointment. During the middle of a global pandemic crisis, that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. This shows that… they can increase the price at any point in time while living there. Warning! It’s a real shame because I was looking forward to signing my lease for my relocation and now I’m back to square one.
