Decent Apartment
The apartment itself is not bad. I was lucky to get one that had newly installed carpeting which was nice. But the walls, kitchen and bathroom flooring and doors are all outdated. There is plenty of kitchen space and I was very upset that the apartment they showed me had a dish washer and then after I signed the lease they ended up giving me one without a dish washer. There is a washer and dryer in the building so that is nice but it is coin operated. Typical for a rental property. The staff was... very nice when I was searching for a place but once I moved in and I had a question about getting a different shower head and the water pressure being VERY low they were very prompt on getting a maintenance guy out to switch the water heads and check the pressure. But I guess you get what you pay for. Also you never have to worry about lawn/snow removal that is taken care of by the property.
