Quiet and excellent management
Quiet street and excellent property management. Yeah, there's rules, but nothing that is unreasonable and it is all spelled out in the lease. Property managers treat you the tenant like a human being and not simply a source of income, so juat look at the rules as a means to keep everyone thoughtful of others. Maintenance requests are acknowledged and completely within 24 hours and emergencies responded to within 15 minutes. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place to... live in Plover.

Lies about lease
They leave things out of the lease because "Otherwise the lease would be too long" and only tells you about them when you are doing something you didn't even know was against the rules. Other than that the apartments are fine, nothing too special and the floors creak really bad in almost all the rooms
