Great Place to Live

I moved into a clean unit situated in a property that is obviously cared for. The staff has gone out of their way to accommodate any needs and have handled maintenance issues with promptness and professionalism. Oakwood Terrace has provided me with an excellent place to call home.

Great Apartments

We have been renting here since Sept of 2022. Never had any issues. Always very responsive about any concerns. I recommend them to anyone I know looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom place!

Nice place to live

I have lived here for almost a year and it is a tranquil and quiet place to live. The maintenance and neighbors are all friendly. I also like that the apartments are spacious. I have children and I like that it’s close to a few parks we can walk by foot.

This a fantastic place to live, I’ve been here for two years now and I love it. Very clean lot near the garages. The staff is responsive and helpful, making daily living easy and stress-free. Great location close to shopping, dining, and parks. Neighbors are friendly, and the atmosphere is safe, comfortable, and welcoming. Highly recommend this place to anyone seeking quality living.
