Clean Place and Helpful Management

Nice and comfortable place to stay. The apartment was clean and the atmosphere was really chill and friendly. Management was easy to contact and helpful whenever needed. Location was also convenient which made everything easier. Overall had a smooth stay and no issues during my time there :)

Friendly Atmosphere and Comfortable Space

I had a great experience staying in this apartment. I stayed in a single bed with other students. The space was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. It had a friendly and respectful atmosphere that made it feel like home. The location was convenient, and the property manager was responsive and helpful. Overall, my stay was smooth and enjoyable. :)

Good location, terrible management!

Apartment is standard for the area, management of this building sucks. They do not answer emails until a week after its sent and any maintenance requests take esteemed long to get fixed, if they ever do. Also, if you have pets, don't bother living here. The pet rent is outrageous (I pay $200 A MONTH for my medium sized dog) and it isn't consistant throughout the units (my neighbors with a similar sized dog pays $45 a month). Parking also sucks because each apartment only gets 4 spots but has… 5-6 people living inside so it's always a fight to find a spot. They say snow removal is included but yet they wait weeks after heavy snow to plow, this year I had to push out 5 people in one day because there was so much snow. Don't bother living here, it's not worth it.
