Best place to live in Saukville
I lived there for over 10 years. I never had any issues with the manager or maintenance. Anytime I called for repairs they were done right away. They are friendly and courteous, but I find, if you are nice to people they are nice to you, and maybe that's why my stay there was so enjoyable.

Negative 5 stars.
When I moved in the they said they did a deep clean. nope it was basic they didn't even clean the fan that had caked on over a inch worth of dust. gross.then I mopped the floors. my water was BLACK from washing the floors.A few weeks ago I was on vacation and so I slept in till around 8:45 got up had a quick breakfast then went and turned on my shower.no hot water. I call my dad around 9 to see if he could help me and he couldn't come and help me fix it because he was at work.so I called the... office no one was in.of course.so then I called the property manager and left a message because she didn't answer.she called me back around 9:20 and I told her what was going on and that I would not be back to the apartments till around 11 because of my appt she then goes and tells me no one can go in and move my stuff out of the closet unless I do it but I told her I give anyone permission to go in and move the stuff in there because it's just boxes and my luggage and she still wouldn't do it so I asked if they could come back at 11:30. she tells me no "because they will be painting" I told her how this is an emergency I can't go 24 hours without hot water and she then got snippy with me so I told her "fine. just come back tomorrow in the morning." as I'm getting ticked. she said "k we will be there in the morning" but she was really rude about it and never gave me a time to when they would be there. the next morning comes I wake up at 8:30 am they never came till around 9 the maiteness guy finally comes in knocks so loud and bursts into my apartment with salty snow covered shoes trucks through my apartment and accuses me that I turned off my water heater. first off. I never knew you could turn off a water heater. I never go into that closet. ever. it creeps me out. then I said "now if you would have just came here yesterday treated this as an emergency as it clearly is/was this would have been all taken care of." and he told me "This clearly wasn't a emergency because you called at 10 am" which is not true I have evidence on this.. and that makes NO SENSE AT ALL. they don't know what shift I could be working.. please tell me what time I should call for it to be an emergency.for goodness sakes.then I said "I called at 9:15 I left a message as I was running out the door trying to get to my appointment and this is an emergency as NO ONE should go 24 hours without hot water." then he tells me to stop being sassy and keeps accusing me of lying about all this

Bug infested
There is no assigned parking; I've had to park in other building lots numerous times, especially on weekends.
Bug infested. There are pill bugs creeping out from under the carpet on a continual basis. When you walk on the carpet, you can feel the rotted padding underneath. I asked if the carpet could be replaced when I moved in a year ago and was told that my apartment had the best carpeting in all the buildings.
Manager never answers the phone unless she is expecting a call from you.
Expect... your check to be cashed a month later

No one ever answers
No one ever answers any phones. I call the leasing office and has visited a few times, and still nothing. I've left voicemails at leasing office number and provided managers cell during reasonable and working hours. Good luck getting in touch with anyone
