Large 12x12 eat-in kitchen with an abundance of cabinets. 12x12 and 12x11 bedrooms with large closets and a spacious 12x15 living room. Each unit… is outfitted with a refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher and wall sleeve A/C unit! Most utilities included; residents only need to pay for electric.

Currently, vacancies will only be shown when it has been completely vacated and only to approved applicants. Please follow the directions near the top of the 1st page of the application; Incomplete applications will be disregarded without notice.

Perfect bang for your buck

Affordable rent, super convenient with grocery stores right nearby, and great staff/management, what's not to love? I've been here for nearly a year and truly lucked out. Other than it not being the most modern apartment (which I can easily look past), I truly enjoy my apartment and would recommend Fox Run to anyone.

Great place to call home!

I lived in the Fox Run Apartments until work relocated me from the Wausau area. The # 1 draw to the property was it's cleanliness and management located in the Wausau/Schofield area. The property is family friendly and welcoming to all. Any needs or concerns were addressed promptly and professionally! I'd still call Fox Run home today if not for work!
