All windows are updated and the apartment is in terrific shape. The surprisingly spacious bathroom offers a heated bath fan and modern tub and shower surround with Moen fixtures.
Cat(s) may be considered pending previous references and additional security deposit. Tenants handle all utilities and snow removal from their 1 off-street parking space and small walkway. No lawn responsibilities as the peaceful downstairs tenant has exclusive use of the enormous and fenced backyard.
Lease Requirements: The ideal candidate(s) will have at least two years of documented work and rental history, a household income of at least $3000/mo, no evictions or unpaid judgments on CCAP, and a law-abiding reputation (CCAP). Tenants pay for all utilities. Security deposit (equal to one month's rent) due at lease signing, first month's rent due prior to move-in.
