How Is This Rating Determined?

No Privacy, hard to feel like a home without it.

I’ve lived here for three years. Every year they request us to resign our lease 1 month into the current one. If you don’t sign expect apartment tours until you sign or move out even with vacant units next door. They will come in 2-3 a year to check on things inside the apartment.

We do offer early renewal discounts but don't require residents to take advantage of them. Our on-site team is required to enter all apartments a minimum of 2 times per year for required smoke detector maintenance and fire alarm inspections. ... Occupied apartments are typically not shown to prospective renters as we have model units that we show. Wishing you all the best in your future housing and thank you for your residency. Great college living!

Staff was super nice and anything that broke was fixed the next day! Surprisingly soundproof given that its relatively cheap college housing but it allowed for a great study environment! Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Best apartments in town!

These apartments are beautiful! Matt and Travis are great landlords, and they work very hard to keep their tenants happy. Maintenance is done in a timely manner and the bus stop is perfect for UWSP students. The online portal is also very easy to navigate. I would 100% recommend these apartments.

All of the Props to Matt and Travis

I've been living at Evergreen for over 5 years now and there's good reason I still call this place my home. Matt and Travis are simply the best around and they keep the complex and the area around it looking and running nicely. We've never had a wait for something that needs to get done. I've even seen them both here on the weekends, their days off, to assist with things that needed taken care of. There's so much dedication from both of them. They aren't the stuffy landlords you hear in... apartment horror stories. Matt and Travis are beyond welcoming and happy to help or even just chit chat for a bit! The apartments themselves are a great space. They are consistently keeping up with them and updating as necessary. When you live at Evergreen, you're not just paying for a place to live, you're paying for exceptional service as well.

Great property

These are great apartments in a great area. Maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond any issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.
