hard to reach

No one calls back. Guess they really dont want business as I tried three days in a row and nothing. not even a call back.

Loved this place!

My wife and I loved living at Parkdale. The staff was great! They were friendly and helpful. The apartments are in very good condition. We loved out apartment and would still be there if we hadn't bought a house. We dealt with zero issues. Any time something popped up in the apartment, they were quick to jump in and fix it. Just had a wonderful experience!!!

Come to Parkdale, you'll love it!

If you are looking for a spacious apartment with amazing location then this is the place for you! I live in an 1100 square foot two bedroom apartment, with one bathroom (it comes with a garage too). I love to cook and finding an apartment with a huge kitchen was an amazing bonus for me! It's not just about the apartment though, the landlord is so helpful and is always just a phone call away. Another big thing that I love is that it's in a very safe area located right off of Highway 10 which is… perfect because that road leads right to downtown Stevens Point or can take you to Interstate 39 if you need to get to Wausau or Plover.

Would not recommend

Staff can be hard to get ahold of, once we signed a lease they seemed better at responding more quickly. They were supposed to submit a request to get one out of the several things fixed that needed fixing but so far nothing has been done. After being in the apartment barefoot for 10 minutes my husband and I noticed the bottoms of our feet were black. I cleaned the floor in the kitchen and bathroom which after cleaning realized was just nasty but we still are getting dirty feet from walking… around. I assume its in the carpets, so much for the previous tenants or owners cleaning the carpets. I've never lived somewhere that just from walking around turned my feet black. I'm glad this is only short term for us as I would never live here long term.
