A great home
I loved living at the Riverview Apartments. The entire property is well-maintained. Lots of beautiful scenery and so close to the Green Circle trail and the river. The manager, Deb, is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive if you have any questions. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice home in the Stevens Point area.

Fantastic apartment to live, you’ll love it!
I really enjoy living here at River View Apartments. I lived in a two bedroom apartment for two years with a roommate and recently moved into a one bed room apartment. Just thinking about moving from one apartment to the other I was so stressed out but the ground manager Ginger made the entire moving process a very pleasant one. Any time there has been an issue, she would have someone to fix the issue immediately. Fantastic place to live, I would recommend to any of my friends.

Awesome Apartments
Lived in a two bedroom for two years with a roommate. Loved the apartments and the grounds manager. If anything needed to be fixed you could always reach Ginger and she would have someone on top of it right away. I loved the new feel of the apartments and for a great cost. The loving space is large and there is plenty of cabinet and closet space. Very quiet for apartment buildings in a college town. Access to a garage was really nice as well. Enough room to store a boat and a truck. The... apartments are very well insulated and heat is included so you are saving money in that way when compared to cheaper older apartments in the area. I would recommend to anyone ready to get away from the loud college apartments and houses.

Great place to call home!
I love living here. The apartments are so nice! Ginger who manages them is so friendly and nice the maintenance is quick and friendly as well. I don't plan on leaving any time soon!
