Great place
The apartment was great very clean and nice. I lived here for 2 years and had a great experience. Close to downtown Stevens Point and UWSP. The landlord was excellent and easy to get in contact with.

Good place to live
Convenient location, landlord is great to work with, maintenance is helpful if you need something, had no issues when living here.

No hot water at all
The place is clean, haven't had an issue with residents. But hot water is non-existent, if you ever want a hot shower, avoid this place. I've been cranky and angry every morning since moving in and trying to take showers/baths or whatever. Being forced to take a cold shower without a choice sucks and I would have gone literally anywhere else if I knew it would be this bad beforehand.
