You get what you pay for
We live in one of these apartment buildings on Williamsburg Drive. It is supposed to be a no smoking facility, but there are always cigarette butts everywhere and people just smoking in the garage, out the back door, there are people smoking marijuana. The fire door is broken and has been for months. Hallways are filthy, the grounds are littered with trash. Landlord is not very responsive. We have had issues with our garbage disposal and our refrigerator.. Price is right, but be ready for bare… bones management.
