About Tomah Property Management North

Bright, neutral colors and high-grade carpeting or luxury vinyl plank highlight these premium units. Large kitchens, open to a dining area; includes appliances, plenty of counter space and attractive oak cabinets. Comfortable living room and bedrooms... provide ample living space and storage.

Rent includes lawn mowing and miscellaneous maintenance. Tenants pay for their own utilities which include gas for heat, electricity, water and sewerage, telephone and cable TV. Tenants sign a one-year lease and a security deposit is required.

Touring the Apartments: The best way to get a feel for the community and our apartments is a tour. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
