People I know there have been issues here I've been here 11yrs...but you gotta give the new management a chance.. They have really stepped up this place.. All kinds of knew things going on here that were never done before and the security now on the property should help all feel safer.. The improvements have been happening since they became the new property managers and they take care of us here now.. You cannot hold management responsible for what people do...

We recently moved into Tan Oaks and our experience has been wonderful. The leasing team was incredibly responsive and replied to our questions in a timely manner throughout the entire process. One thing that really stood out was how quickly they were able to get us approved and moved in—we were able to move into our apartment within a week!

The apartments are beautiful, well-maintained, and feel like home from the moment you walk in. The staff made the transition smooth and stress-free, and... their professionalism and communication were greatly appreciated.

I’ve lived at Tan Oaks for several years and have had a great experience. The community is peaceful, quiet, and a wonderful place to call home. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have always been handled in a timely manner, which is something I really appreciate.

One of the things that stands out most is the leasing office manager. She is professional, understanding, and genuinely cares about the residents. If financial issues come up, she works with you and does her best to help find... solutions. It’s refreshing to live somewhere that treats residents with respect and understanding.

We have been here for a year now and I’m very happy with the time we have spent. Old management let this place fall apart, but new management is fixing all of that and more. My apartment had a moisture issue that was quickly and safely resolved, and maintenance always comes and fixes things in a timely manner. I even expressed concern with a shower repair and they completely redid the entire thing to ensure it was done up to standard. Our property manager is truly building community and making... this a safe, healthy and happy place to raise a family. Updates are being done to buildings, safety measures are being upgraded, and she takes concerns very seriously.
The property also offers flex pay, which is extremely helpful in the financial and economic times that we are currently in. I love my neighbors, I don’t dread dealing with our property manager or the maintenance crew, and living here truly has been the least stressful rental I have ever lived in. Read More
