Property Management is MIA

Murray Glen's property management is difficult to get a hold of, and when there is an issue, It can take multiple calls, emails, and texts to get a hold of someone or find out what is going on. It is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I'm not sure if the property manager has multiple properties or another job, but it is clear that this property is not a priority.

Highly Recommend Living Here

We've lived here for a year and a half and loved it. The townhomes are very nice and I love the layouts. We've also loved living in Verona and the location is so close to downtown Verona in a great, beautiful neighborhood. We've really loved the staff here as well- Olivia and Roger. They're very responsive and helpful and have made living here so easy.

Great place to live

The townhomes are super nice with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The property manager Olivia is friendly and works with you. The maintenance person Roger is very involved, friendly and knowledgeable. Great location within walking distance to Badger Prairie Park and a couple restaurants. Excellent place to rent from. The residents are friendly and nice.

DO NOT RENT AT MURRAYGLEN!

We have had a horrible experience at MurrayGlen Townhomes & would highly suggest not renting there. Stacy Sumwalt, the Apartment Manager will do nothing for you once she signs you up for a lease. Garry Bunz, the Managing Member of MurrayGlen will lie right to your face. Starting February 22nd, 2019 we noticed mold damage in our apartment. We had to live in a hotel for several months. During a meeting with Garry Bunz we were told all added expenses would be paid. On June 14th, 2019 we… received a check for $181.09. That was supposed to pay for damaged furniture that was moved during the construction by their employees, higher food costs due to no kitchen for 3 of us and higher utility costs due to construction. 3 of us lived in a 1 bedroom hotel and they wanted us to also pay rent for the apartment we couldn’t live in due to the mold and construction. We were told there were 18 apartments with mold damage due to leaking roofs. They will also try to charge you extra for parking stalls after you get signed up. Dogs bark nonstop through the paper thin walls. DO NOT RENT AT MURRAYGLEN!

I am sorry that you had a negative experience at the property. Our main focus is to provide a comfortable place for all of our residents to call home and to provide excellent service.

I'd like to follow up on your review points. Sometimes there… are situations that come up that require more attention such as water damage. Our property does not hesitate in bringing in highly rated professionals to take care of any issues that need attention. With both the owner and myself taking quick action we are happy to report that we do not have any mold issues at the property and no mold was found! The water damage you experienced in February was taken care of by a professional restoration company as quickly as possibly and we were happy to provide you with accommodations during that work period at no expense to you. You also did not have to pay for rent during that month. Certainly if you were not happy with the outcome, I would be happy to have a conversation with you. Please feel free to contact me at the office.

We welcome cats and dogs at our property and from time to time our residents may hear a dog bark however anything out of the ordinary, we attend to right away with much success.

All of the townhomes include one parking stall in the garage and additional spots may be rented if available for a fee.

We appreciate the time you were with us and again, we are sorry you felt your time here was a negative experience. We have many happy residents here and some that have been here since we opened. Thank you for your feedback.
