Don't have too much to say since I've only been a resident for a week now. So far things are good, but the only issue I have is that I don't get email responses when I have a question. I have to actually call and speak to someone to get my questions answered.

10/10 would recommend Rivers Edge Apartments.
The complex is clean and well maintained, the landscaping is well cared for, and the people are friendly.
Maintenance is quick to respond and resolve issues/concerns and the leasing office is always ready to help and answer any questions.

Great location in downtown Waukesha along the river. Nice amenities with a friendly staff. The maintenance staff are responsive to calls and do an outstanding job.

Very clean apartments! I moved in sight unseen and am pleasantly surprised by all the features, amenities, and care put into the complex. The staff is wonderful, as well!
