Always great dealing with the staff. Maintenance requests always handled in a timely manner. The property management group also keeps me informed on what’s happening.

Very loud hallways, poor communication and the building is not in good shape. As I write this the water is shut off to our ENTIRE building for 7hours AND this is the second time in less than a month they’ve done this for repairs! Serious plumbing issues and no discount to rent or anything to make up for the fact that we cannot have regular use of water, not to mention maintenance does not have a good record with follow up. Honestly disappointed and wish we had moved to a different complex... downtown.

Move in this month and Rochelle and Jasmine have been the best!!! Very helpful, didn’t have no problem answering the 1000 questions I asked.

Would love to see some new mulch in our courtyard. Love the plants and the dog station that we finally got ??. Bug problem is better and probably just needs one more spray for the building .
