Rivers Edge Apartments

The apartment itself is spacious, plenty of room in the bedroom for larger mattresses and dressers. The building itself is well maintained and the mailroom is a big plus, as all the big packages get delivered right there. They also have a really pretty courtyard in the center of the building to hang out in, and a really cool community room and fully stocked gym. Really awesome building

It’s a great building with very nice and quiet neighbors the halls are clean the balconies have a great view not to mention the river right across the street with bars food antique shops etc

Unfortunately recently the office has been awful with communication. Just this week I submitted an emergency maintenance request because I found ants in my apartment and it has been 3 days and the ants are still here living with me rent free. I have called everyday and I either get no one answering the phone or empty promises that maintenance will come and then they never show up. No one has even attempted to contact me first. Very disappointed.

I have had a amazing experience so far the only thing I would say is try and keep up with the dog park a little more but besides that it’s perfect

Nice place to live. Although the area has slipped a bit, I still enjoy living here. Maintenance has been very prompt and management is friendly. Sometimes a little overwhelmed so may take some time for changes. Overall, I would recommend Rivers Edge.
