Better Options

Go Elsewhere!!!! Manager has NO people skills whatsoever. More worried about dog fesses getting picked up and tested and shoe laces being sucked up in the vacuum cleaner than she is about a human being who has lived here for over a decade and can’t sleep due to noisy neighbors.

I'm sorry for your frustration. Yes, we are concerned about picking up pet waste. We investigated the noise situation with your neighbor and could not find any corroborating witnesses. We spoke to the alleged offender and they claim they're not… making noise. I would think the magnitude of disturbance you described would be heard by others but again, we could not corroborate.
