How Is This Rating Determined?

Diamond View/Diamond Edge

The rent is affordable, but sometimes that can be slow on getting back to you on fixing repairs. However, when they do fix it, they fix it right the first time. the apartments are nice, but the kitchen is a bit small and cramped because the In-unit Washer and Dryer combo eats up some of the space. Otherwise, its nice to need to go to the laundromat.
