Mountain Crest

We have lived here for 3 years and has been a great experience! The location is amazing as it is still very close to town but still tucked back enough where it is still quiet. The management here has been amazing! They always took our concerns seriously and promptly. The apartments are very clean and well kept up too! Highly recommend especially for the price.

I would highly recommend Mountain Crest Apartments. My fiance and I stayed there for a little over a year, and we only moved out to pursue a job in a different city. The community is very nice; there are kids riding bikes, people walking their dogs, and neighbors to chat with when walking on the nice sidewalk out to the main street (Stewart Ave.) and back. I have had no issues with package stealers, and the area is very safe. We had a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, two-car garage that was recently… updated. The only problem we had was when the shared one washer and one dryer went down, but the maintenance people and landlord were on top of that and fixed it ASAP. If anyone is looking for a fairly affordable apartment in the Wausau area that is well-maintained, in a great area, and has attentive landlords/maintenance, this is your apartment complex! Read More

This apartment unit and complex is very well kept. I had no trouble getting helping with any maintenance questions I had. The landlord goes above and beyond to make sure your living situation is as comfortable as possible. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Mountain Crest and would recommend renting to anyone.
