Lodgeville Estates

I moved in in December 2023 and everything in the apartment was done well and correctly. l chose Lodgeville Estates because of the size of the apartment and the care given while building them. They are absolutely beautiful with open kitchen and living room with a decently sized patio or deck which you can use with the double doors for entertaining, etc. All appliances are top of the line. The oven/stove has a flat top with stainless finish on the rest as does the refrigerator and dishwasher.… The stackable full size W/D which is included in the apartment is top of the line as well. There are two bedrooms, one a bit larger with private bath and another with full sized bathroom next to it. The floors are hardwood and beautiful, flat 9 ft. ceilings with crown molding at the top and bottom. Lots of room in cabinets and closets for storage. The apartments are quiet and peaceful. Trash is emptied daily. Any time there is snow, someone is out at 6 to 6:30 a.m clearing the road up to the apartments and also the sidewalks and parking lot. Lawn is immaculate. Nice exercise room with good sturdy equipment. Pool is outside of the office, the exercise room is in the office. Playgrounds for kids, dog walking areas with bags provided. This is by far, the very best apartment I've ever lived in with the amenities and the way things are done with the care taken on each apartment. Great owners as well!
