Great Place

I lived there a little bit over a year ago while searching for a house. My experience was nothing short of awesome. Office staff and crew are very friendly. The food trucks are a bonus. There's a pool and a gym. Also a pretty cool playground for the kids to play on. Recommend 100%. Tim and Amy are awesome managers of the property and gain relationships and friendships with many of the tenants.

Remote worker...better think twice

So out of the blue Sharp Management decided to switch internet/TV providers from Citinet (awesome service no outages over last year) to Optimum (3 days without service) screwing the residents who are remote workers. They tell us to call Optimum and Optimum gives the same there is an outage in your area and there is no ETA. So before you decide on this community, decide how important internet is to you and your livelihood. May have to break lease before it is over.
