My family and I rent a condo at Terrace Park East. We plan on living here for foreseeable future!
I called to inquire about a rental and the owner returned my phone call within the hour. He gave us a tour the very next day and we signed the lease that evening. Mr. Hardy made the entire move-in process very stress free.
The condos are beautiful. Very nice furnishing throughout the home. We have a very beautiful view of the capital. Maintnance quickly responds if an issue ever arises. The... building has security cameras and a security system for entering the building. We feel very safe and secure.
We are extremely happy here. The owner is very approachable and attentive to your questions and concerns.

Great Experience
Hi - Was relocated to Charleston for a short term assignment with my new employer. I haven’t lived in an apartment since my last year in college and have lived in the same house for about 30 years now. Was a little uncertain what to expect from an apartment in Charleston given the small market (I’m from Nashville by the way) and just my general lack of knowledge in apartment rentals. Rented this apartment for about 3 months and had a great experience. Rental and move in process was super quick... and easy. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable of the building and Charleston in general. My calls were always addressed in 24 hours. Great customer service. No maintenance issues during my stay and the handyman did a great job of fixing minor items and with general upkeep. The unit is newly renovated with modern appliances and decor. Loved the tiled bathroom with the walk-in shower. The wooden panel on the living room wall gave it a rustic feel that I really dig. Furniture was in great condition and the TVs definitely exceeded my expectations. Building could use some upgrades/updates, but seemed well maintained. Worked long hours, so can’t comment much on Charleston as a town, but definitely felt very much at home in this unit.
