Horrible Landlord
He comes into your apartment without permission, breaks lease agreements, and will harass you at work if you in any way upset him. Apartments are tiny, there's not even enough counter space for a microwave in the kitchen, the water heater in out in the open in the bathroom, the walls sound like they move when you open or close the door, if something goes wrong with the plumbing in one apartment it affects the entire complex, they do not take care of the road/driveway, they do not assign parking... so someone is always stealing your parking spot, and there is not always a rear exit in the apartments which is a fire safety hazard. He will claim that an unopenable window is your back exit. I wouldn't suggest this place or any owned by shamrock villa.
