Very Happy!!

The only issue we had was we were told that we were getting a 2nd floor apartment and ended up with a 3rd floor one and the stairs were brutal. Apartment is very clean and neutrally updated.

Best apartments

I'm thrilled to have called Roxalana home for nearly 6 years, and I'm consistently impressed by the exceptional customer service and maintenance. The office and maintenance staff show a genuine passion for ensuring residents' happiness, creating a warm and welcoming community. My fiancé and I feel fortunate to be a part of it and have no plans to leave.

NO PARKING/HEAR NEIGHBORS

There isn’t enough parking for the apartments & they will tow you if you park somewhere they don’t see fit! Unless you want to walk a mile to your apartment, don’t recommend. Also, the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors conversation! WORST APARTMENT EVER

There are restricted areas on the property such as the car cleaning center that can only be utilized during specific hours.… In the event that vehicles are parked in restricted areas that prevent other residents from using community amenities, we do have the right to have the vehicle towed, per signage in that area.
