come for the jacked up rent prices, stay for the poor management, never ending construction that goes unfinished, and noairconditioning
This used to be a beautiful complex. Now management starts a project, leaves it unfinished for months and then starts a new one. The property is a mess.
Don’t expect them to care about any problems either. My AC hasn’t worked in 11 days and they refuse to give me any update or timeline when it will be fixed. My apartment gets to 90 degrees daily and is completely uninhabitable from noon to 11pm.Review from Apartments.com

We currently are doing a lot of renovations to the property and do realize that it's not super convenient but it is to improve the property, and every project will be finished at the property, it just takes times. We do appreciate everyone being… patient with us during this time. We had a brand new unit installed, and unfortunately it stopped working, we are working with the manufacturer since it's under warranty to get it fixed as quickly as we can. We will continue to do what we have to and provide portable/window a/c units to keep your apartment comfortable until the issue is resolved with the manufacturer. We truly apologize and hope that the credit on your account helps for some of the headache/inconvenience this has caused.
