The cabin is right on the river, great for fishing or any other wildlife adventures you may have. It is 10 minutes from downtown Elkins and 12 minutes from the Elkins-Randolph Co. Regional Airport. Local attractions include Canaan Valley Ski Resort (27.4 miles), Timberline Mountain (31.5 miles), White Grass (31.5 miles), Snowshoe Mountain Resort (54.6 miles), and Silver Creek (54.6 miles).
The internet is satellite internet due to the location of the cabin, and you may experience interruptions due to weather and slower speeds than you'd expect in town. The fireplace is not functional. If furniture is moved and not returned to its original position after your stay, there will be a charge of $50 per hour to move it back. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home; outside is okay as long as you clean up after yourself and keep the smoke and vapors more than 10 feet from open doorways or windows.
