Great apartments

This apartment is very nice. Being in an upper apartment, I have the vaulted ceilings and it feels so open. They are very clean and well maintained. The landlords are very personable and considerate. The location is great too. Very close to the interstate, but off the main road so it stays quiet. Seems like mostly job oriented people and a few families - no college kids partying all the time. Very happy living here.

Awful all around experience

These 2 don't know how to run a business. They are impossible to get a hold of not because they are too busy but because they are just the 2 most passive aggressive people you'll ever meet. Seriously if you don't believe me just call the number and find out first hand. The experience with them is awful. It's almost like they want their business to tank

Southwind apartments

The apartment is wonderful, spacious and comfortable with central air, dishwasher, and washer and dryer hook-ups it's great for all walks of life, from families with children to couples first place it makes for a good home. Located just outside of Fairmont, it is quiet to city noise along with the fact it is up on the hillside with a spectacular view. Small porch in back, nice entry way with quick simple parking. Landlords are kind and punctual if there would be a problem they fix it right away… . Overall a lovely place to live.
