Current resident

Have lived here for almost 2 years and will be renewing again. Great apartments. When any maintainence issues arise they are taken care of quickly. Staff has been acomidating and take concerns seriously. Clean and spacious.

USED to be a great place to rent

Evergreen apartments USED to be a great place to live. I loved it here. However they have recently started construction right below the building and right outside our bedroom window every morning including starting sometimes as early as 6:30 am on Saturdays. After reaching out to the land lord there was absolutely nothing done and I was told to let them do their job and denied a discount from rent. This has gone on for months and will continue for months until construction is complete.

Money Saver

The Evergreen Apartments are great places to live at. They are cheap and well maintained. The Maintenence man is always on top of things and gets whatever you need fixed as soon as possible. The only con is that the parking can be a little full but only around the holidays.
