304 @ Valley Pointe is perfect !
We moved into our apartment on April 4, 2025 We sold our paid for home at the Bend and invested the money. What we make in interest almost makes our payments! No more, HOA, no taxes, renters insurance and that’s all. If something breaks they fix it or replace it ! Even if we hadn’t sold our home, we are on a fixed income. It’s very affordable ! The staff bends over backwards to make life good for the residents! There are activities for everyone ! Living at 304 is a win! Win! It is very… secure and the people that live here are the best ! We are like family and watch out for each other. Stop by and take a tour. You will love it.
