I toured 3 different 2 bedroom layouts and decided to go with a loft layout to give me and my roommate additional living space. 4 minute walk to downtown campus and located directly on high street. Landlord/maintenance is responsive to requests. We will be resigning here for the upcoming school year.

Was not clean when my daughter moved in. Loud neighbors, with no resolution from landlord. Homeless people right outside the building all of the time. When my daughter moved out, she cleaned the place and expected to get her full deposit back. However, he only gave a fraction of the deposit back and the list he provided for what was wrong was all normal wear and tear that legally, you are not allowed to charge for. This landlord takes advantage of students. My daughter had friends living in two... other apartments in his building and they didn’t get theirs back either for the same things. Her sink was broken when she moved in, but he charged her anyways. Charged her for lightbulbs. Charged her for pin holes in the walls when it was stated in the lease it was allowed. Since he was not responding to my daughter, I took matters into my own hands. However, he never responded to my text or my voicemails. He kept pretty much all of everyone’s deposit. There were seven students in total, three apartments. My daughter got less money back for her deposit than her roommate, even though her roommate had paid rent late several times. The apartment is in a nice spot if your a student but that about where all the good ends. Whole time I lived here I was constantly getting sick as well as all my friends who lived in the building. Everyone I knew that lived here reported respiratory issues the whole time we were here, theres also homeless people outside all the time and no parking so if you like a little risk just trying to get to your car this might be for you.
