So Spacious

I recently toured this apartment complex and was really impressed by how clean and well-kept everything was. The amenities looked great, and the layout of the units was thoughtful and modern. Jordan was especially helpful—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and informative. Definitely a top contender in the area.

Toured, Signed, and Can't Wait To Move In!

I toured many properties in town looking for an apartment and ultimately chose to lease with Canvas Townhomes. Not only were the models beautiful but the staff was friendly and welcoming. Beautiful property

Amazing place to live

Canvas Townhomes is a spacious, clean, affordable, and helpful community. I am in a 4 bed apartment and I love it. The staff is super attentive, especially McKenzie-she has answered many of my questions and is always welcoming!

Great place to live!

Canvas is a great option to live in Morgantown. It has really well kept amenities and great rent compared to a lot of other places I’ve seen here. Staff is also very responsive and helpful- Mackenzie in the office is very sweet and helped with all our questions.
