Affordable, friendly, professional, comfortable and clean!

More can be said about Perilli Apartments, but these five key words sum up my experience. After you rent from Perilli Apartments, nowhere else will be up to par. My boyfriend and I have had an amazing experience with Mr. Perilli himself, Brad, Belinda and the kind team. Everyone is extremely helpful and resourceful, prompt to help with any issues/maintenance that arise, are very reasonable, communicative and expect nothing but being a responsible, clean and reasonable tenant in return. Plus,… these apartments are in great locations and comfortably furnished. I cannot recommend this business enough!!!

Horrible Landlord

They constantly invade your space and do not fix major issues like horribly insulated windows. Very passive aggressive and creepy (mentions watching people sunbathe as a "perk" of living there).
