Cigarette smell

I lived here for two years. During prior to renting the apartment they aired it out very well. But once I started living there, the smell of cigarettes permeated the entire apartment. It's affects my breathing everyday. It makes my clothes smell of smoke. I have been calling them and emailing them for about 1.5 years without much help. All they have done is come to my apartment and say that it does not smell like smoke. Friends and family have told me otherwise. They performed inspections on the… surrounding apartments and stated that one of the apartments smell strongly of smoke. They sent out warnings to the tenants. After that they ghosted me and the problem still persists.

Major mouse problem

liived here three months had a mouse problem no body would do anything about had like twenty mice in my house traps don't work will tell everyone to not live here mgmt keeps using covid19 as excuse
