We called in about a bathroom leak issue we discovered over the weekend and right as the office opened up at 8 am Monday they called us and said they'd take care of it that day, and then showed up a few hours later and fixed it that same visit! James was a huge help. Thank you!!

Fantastic Company
My husband and I have LOVED renting from Eden at Parkersburg Crossing! They have been so helpful and understanding in many things. They are one of the few companies that allows you to have pets and we couldn’t be more grateful! Justin (in the office) is the sweetest kindest souls I’ve ever met and he has been fantastic through everything. The maintenance team is so quick to get to any tickets put in and makes sure that everything is running as it should! Don’t look any further than Eden at... Parkersburg Crossing for your next rental!

John and James are great.
I called because there was a leak coming from the area where my heater is located. John with his prompt actions along with James fixed the leak. The leak was from the ac drain being clogged up. It did not take them no time to fix the leak. Since this new company took over i have nothing but praises for the maintenance crews.

We just moved to the area from across the country and Justin was amazing helping us find our perfect home to rent!
