New owners

The new owners are great. The management team here is fantastic now. Not so much before. The new maintenance ppl are great and get on your problem immediately. The new company are doing a lot of upgrades. The cookout for tenants today 6/11/26 was a great way to show appreciation.

to small

my apartment is a very small one bedroom. i have 3 kids and there is just not enough room for us. its in a horrible neighborhood. i need something better for my kids.
