Great property

I can say the process was easy. From application fill out to move in made very smooth. Very clean and well maintained grounds. Facilities well taken care of. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable.

REVIEW

I can confidently say that The Berkshire's is the premier complex in the Mid-Ohio Valley. The complex is well maintained. The amenities are un matched in the area. The business office is run very professionally. The apartments are spacious and well laid out. The pool, the fitness center and the grounds are always spotless. Maintenance is a top priority. When you call with a maintenance issue, it is handled promptly and courteously. Dollar for dollar there is no one anywhere in the area… that can compete with what the Berkshire;s has to offer. I gave a 5 star, but wish I could give a 10 !
