Aspen Court Apartments

Conveniently placed in the middle of eastern casper, friendly community, affordable, and very nice living space.

It has been very pleasant living here at Aspen Court Apts. I have nice neighbors and only on person who is a problem. Any problems with maintenance is quickly met.

The Apartments are clean and well kept up. When dealing the office staff they are extremely helpful. I have lived at Aspen Court for some time now and I have never regretted my decision to move to Aspen Court.

These apartments are an absolutely awful place to live. I would rate them a 0 if I could. My boyfriend and I lived here for a year. When we moved in the apartment was disgusting! They had not cleaned it at all. There is so little care that goes into these buildings, and they are so cheaply made and you can clearly see it. Missing trim, paint drips on walls and trim, stained carpets, broken fixtures, stained countertops, etc. Yet when we moved out they nickel and dimed us for our entire deposit!… When we left it two times better then when we moved in. Parking is a major issue. The staff tells you when you move in that any visitors must park in the visitor lot by the main office or it will be towed, when this is simply not true. I cannot even count the amount of times we had to park 3, 4 buildings down from ours because the entire lot was full of vehicles without aspen court tags!! ( this sounds very minor but when this happens everyday for months and months and months it starts to become a bigger deal) We even would write down license plates and vehicle descriptions of cars that sat abandoned in the parking lot and report them to the office and still nothing for weeks sometimes MONTHS! The walls in the apartments are so thin we could hear our neighbors opening and closing kitchen cabinets, and hear full conversations. There is trash in the parking lot constantly, as well as in the entryway of the buildings. There is vandalism on vehicles in the parking lots regularly, along with multiple police vehicles. There was actually raids that happened in our building as well. While I know this is not Aspen Courts fault, it’s still just not an environment you want to live in, or call home.
