Nice place to live (no central air/heat or granite)

I really like living here.

There are a few things that are not great like no hall closet and no separate utility room (washer, dryer, and water heater are right in bathroom.

There is no central air or heat. The AC is a wall mount in the livingroom that does not cool the bedrooms. The heat is electric mounted by the ceilings so not the most efficient.

No there is no granite countertops-they are laminate.

But having zoned heating is wonderful.

The oversize garage attached is so great!

Vinyl… flooring is nice and makes it feel cleaner and you can put your own rugs down.

The window sills are large which is great if you have any cats.

It’s super nice having your own porch and little patch of grass. There is a back patio too but since there is no fencing or trees there is no privacy so it’s mostly wasted.

Property management is responsive and it seems the owner actually cares because he’s been to look at the properties at least yearly.

The high ceiling makes the space feel bigger.

Pretty safe & quiet neighborhood.
