Tip 1: Plan what you want to pack to make grocery store trips as efficient as possible. It’s not just packing your lunch, but by prepping your lunch in advance, you save both money and time. Wash all fruit and make fruit salads ahead of time instead of buying readymade versions.
Tip 2: Prepare extra meal portions on the weekend and pack them, so you can grab and go during the week, as we all know how precious finding extra time during the week is!
Tip 3: Prepare wraps and store in foil.

With a little bit of planning and preparation, not only can you save money by prepping your meals ahead of time, but you can also make sure that you are assembling wholesome, nutritious meals together for your busy lifestyle!
