Apartment Living BlogFood & Entertaining › Recipe- Sweet And Spicy Corn Dip

The holiday season has arrived, and with this time of year comes great holiday recipes to share with friends and family. ForRent.com and Homes.com have transformed Chris from Celebrations at Home’s sweet and spicy corn dip recipe into a useful recipe graphic for you to save, share, and print for easy reference! The dip’s sweetness comes from the corn, and the spiciness comes from the Spicy Nacho flavored Doritos.

  • 2 – 11oz cans corn, drained
  • 2 – 10oz bags Spicy Nacho flavored Doritos
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated (Tip: Grate your own cheese, do not use pre shredded for this recipe)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup green onion, diced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
  • Corn tortillas (if desired)

How to Make Sweet And Spicy Corn Dip:

Step 1: Combine all of the ingredients together, except for the chips.

Step 2: Use about 6-7 cups, or 3/4 of the bag of Doritos, and compress them with your hands as you sprinkle them into the dip.  Mix well to incorporate them.

Step 3:  Cover and chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight so flavors combine.

Step 4:  Serve with a second bag of Doritos and tortilla chips.

Step 5: Enjoy!

This flavorful dip is so simple and easy to make!  Chris suggests cutting the recipe in half if you are entertaining for a smaller group in your apartment.  The recipe as written makes a large amount better suited for a bigger occasion.
