You are only a 5 to 10-minute drive from restaurants, bars, and shops, an 8-minute drive from WinSport Canada Olympic Park, a 1.5-hour drive from Banff, and an 18-minute drive from downtown Calgary (Stampede).
This is an old home with charm, but no insulation between floors, so you may hear noise from upstairs. The AC unit upstairs can be quite loud. The laundry room is in a shared space with guests staying upstairs. The backyard is fenced and shared between upstairs and downstairs guests. The patio is for upstairs guests only. The roof is short, anyone above 5’11" will have to duck in areas of the basement. There are unfinished areas of the basement (but it is safe). Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. If the home is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $60 for every extra hour of cleaning required. Smoking indoors or near windows will result in a $1000 fee. Parties or excessive noise is not allowed and will result in a $1000 fee.
Includes a full workstation with a desk, monitor, keyboard, and mouse, perfect for remote work or longer stays.
